Fitness comes in all forms. Take advantage of the lap lane any time during pool hours, or enjoy lap swim during the 15 minute adult time in the pool.

Yoga

Free Yoga classes at The Village Club!

This six week session of yoga classes will cover basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation/relaxation skills. Learn how yoga helps to build strength and flexibility while promoting overall health and well-being. Yoga is an excellent complement to tennis or any other fitness activity since it balances the body and reduces risk of injury.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. Taught by Mary Hanneken, PT, e-RYT, a practicing Physical Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Classes will be held on Friday mornings, 8:30 – 9:30am; June 24th – July 29th
