Yoga Classes
This six week session of yoga classes will cover basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation/relaxation techniques. Learn how yoga helps to build strength and flexibility while promoting overall health and well-being. Yoga is an excellent complement to tennis or any other fitness activity since it balances the body and reduces risk of injury.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. Taught by Mary Hanneken, PT, e-RYT, a practicing Physical Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings, 8:00 - 9:00am; June 18th - July 23rd.

Cost: Free for members of The Village Club!

Fitness Programs
Water Aerobics
A low impact but higher intensity and fun class where no swimming skills are needed! Goal is to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength and endurance while using the resistance of water to cushion joints. Enjoy a high-energy class with plenty of music and exercise!

Aqua Jog
Enjoy a higher intensity class with resistance of water weights to strengthen muscle groups while providing a lower impact effect on the body. Fun and upbeat with the incorporation of music. Will utilize the pool facilities buoyancy and resistance properties of water to “jog” and do cardio activity with little to no joint strain on the participants!
