Fitness Programs
Fitness comes in all forms. Take advantage of the lap lane any time during pool hours, or enjoy lap swim during the 15 minutes adult time in the pool.
Yoga
This six week session of yoga classes will cover basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation/relaxation techniques. Learn how yoga helps to build strength and flexibility while promoting overall health and well-being. Yoga is an excellent complement to tennis or or any other fitness activity since it balances the body and reduces risk of injury.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. Taught by Mary Hanneken, PT, e-RYT, a practicing Physical Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings, 8:00 - 9:00am; June 20th - August 1st. No class on July 4th.

Cost: Free for members of The Village Club!

Court Rules
No sandals, flip flops, slides or anything other than tennis shoes can be worn on the courts. Playing barefoot is not allowed.​
​
Swimsuits, bikini tops, cut-off shirts, and towels are not allowed for play on the courts. Playing without a shirt is not allowed.
