Fitness Programs
Fitness comes in all forms. Take advantage Water Aerobics, Master Swim, Monday Morning Muscle, and Yoga.
Yoga
This six week session of yoga classes will cover basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation/relaxation techniques. Learn how yoga helps to build strength and flexibility while promoting overall health and well-being. Yoga is an excellent complement to tennis or any other fitness activity since it balances the body and reduces risk of injury.

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. Taught by Mary Hanneken, PT, e-RYT, a practicing Physical Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings, 8:00 - 9:00am; June 18th - July 23rd.

Cost: Free for members of The Village Club!
Monday Morning Muscle
This six week session of fitness classes will consist of a 5-10 minute warm-up, 3 rounds of a variety of bodyweight exercises with focus on building strength, balance and flexibility, and a 10 minute cool down. The majority of the exercises can be done on the ground or standing. Adult Fitness supports all other physical, athletic and recreational activities and has a positive impact on your daily life.
Please bring a beach towel to class.
Taught by Kristi Feuling, NASM Certified: Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Fitness Specialist, HSI certified for Adult First Aid and CPR & AED All Ages,
a practicing Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Classes will be held on Monday mornings, 9:00 - 10:00am; June 17th - July 22nd
